IT STAFF / IT OFFICER - moa pasay
Location: Head Office - Pasay City
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
Salary Range: Php 18,000 - 20,000 + Php 1,000 monthly allowance
Job Description
- The major responsibility is to provide support and maintain the usability of branch and office units (POS and computer)
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and handle all hardware issues linked to the department, such as printers, mice, monitors, storage devices, CCTVs, and other peripherals,
- Setting up computer hardware (desktop, Laptop, and POS units), operating systems, and applications.
- Documenting system standards for computer and network devices, as well as network problems and resolutions for future use.
- Monitors the internet connection of the office and branches
- Monitors inventories of equipment and parts related to department
- To ensure 100% uptime of all company computers, printers, CCTV, biometrics and other office devices.
- Provide assistance to current develop web and applications of company
Qualification
- Graduate of any 2 or 4 years course with VB Programming, Rapid Tool Development or its equivalent
- Experience in the POS industry is a plus.
- At least 1 to 2 years IT technical support experience.
- Knowledgeable in assembly and basic troubleshooting of computer hardware, CCTV configuration, network devices such as switches, routers installation and configuration.
