Requirements
Graduate of IT or any related cousre
Current resident of Metro Manila
Troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, OS issues)
Networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing)
Experience in system/admin tasks (installations, updates, backups, security)
Good communication and reliability with clear documentation habits
NO previous work abroad experience
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and workstations.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Maintain data backups and disaster recovery plans.
Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their IT needs.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Document IT processes and procedures.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment and support.
