Job Description

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for core technologies, infrastructure, and applications.
Provide technical direction, recommendations, and solution design for projects and initiatives.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies that add value to business operations.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and optimization of hardware, software, and network systems.
Ensure system performance, availability, and security meet established SLAs.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support for unresolved incidents.
Lead and participate in technology-related projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, operations, vendors) to align IT solutions with business needs.
Document system designs, processes, and configurations.
Implement and monitor security best practices across IT systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
Mentor and train junior technical staff.
Share knowledge through documentation, workshops, and technical presentations.
Act as a resource for team members on advanced technical topics.
