Job Summary: The Information Technology Specialist serves as a technical expert for the development,
implementation, management, and support of systems and networks.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting up, managing and troubleshooting the technology systems that The Company uses
to maintain computer and software networks.
- Responsible in ensuring that all employees of the company have the technology they need to complete
their work and The Company's important files and information remain safe and intact.
- Responsible in reviewing computer diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
- Responsible in implementing information security measures.
- Responsible in monitoring and reporting the cost of repairs, replacement and updating of computer
hardware items.
- Responsible in offering technical support to company employees and responding to hardware problems
- Responsible in updating system software and tracking the data and communication used on the
company's networks.
Job Specifications
- Graduate of BS Computer Science or Computer Engineering courses
- With knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
