JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in IT security, enterprise software, web services, or a similar industry.
At least 2 years of experience in sales supervision, team leadership, or management.
Proficient in account management, CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce), sales forecasting, and pipeline monitoring.
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to explain and promote cybersecurity solutions effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals and drive business growth.
Supervise, mentor, and guide the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
Monitor sales pipelines and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key business accounts.
Identify potential markets, generate leads, and secure new business opportunities.
