Role Overview:
Lead the delivery of IT solutions, driving software development projects and ensuring technology initiatives meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage software development, system enhancements, and IT projects.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and security protocols.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development or IT solutions delivery with leadership exposure.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
