Key Responsibilities
- Manage non-catalogued software requests end to end through ServiceNow
- Review requests to identify license reuse or reclamation opportunities prior to new purchases
- Obtain and validate vendor quotes, supporting purchase approvals
- Produce and maintain software currency reports, identifying outdated or unsupported software
- Monitor software license compliance positions and support remediation and reclamation activities
- Create, update, and maintain accurate license entitlements in Flexera (or equivalent SAM tools)
- Execute license harvesting and re-harvesting, including uninstall coordination and license pool updates
- Track software installation and usage data to support optimization, reclamation, and cost avoidance
- Ensure alignment between installed software, entitlement records, and usage data to support compliance readiness
- Support ITAM/HAM lifecycle activities, including deploy, transfer, and retirement
- Perform basic CMDB hygiene, including CI creation, updates, and decommissioning
- Produce operational reports on software currency, compliance status, harvesting activity, and savings
- Collaborate with IT, EUC procurement, and operations teams to maintain data quality, control, and accurate records
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on experience managing software request queues in ServiceNow
- Practical experience with SAM tools (Flexera, Snow, or equivalent)
- Strong Excel skills, including:
o VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
o Pivot tables
o Data cleansing and reconciliation
- High-level understanding of software licensing models:
o User-based vs device-based
o Subscription vs perpetual
- Experience with license compliance monitoring, harvesting, and reclamation
- Experience working with SCCM, or similar discovery and inventory tools
- Working knowledge of ITAM/HAM and CMDB fundamentals
- Strong attention to data accuracy, reporting, and operational processes
Work Arrangement:
- 2 to 3 days onsite schedule in Mall of Asia Business Complex
- Rotating schedule including graveyard shift
