Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Shift Leader to coordinate real-time support activities and serve as the primary communication link between clients and internal technical teams. This role is essential in maintaining operational stability, ensuring timely issue resolution, and delivering high-quality support during critical business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor systems and processes to detect potential issues and ensure smooth operations;
  • Conduct regular health checks and communicate results to internal teams or stakeholders;
  • Identify anomalies during monitoring and escalate critical issues according to defined protocols;
  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries; assess the nature of the request and route it to appropriate teams;
  • Coordinate response efforts during incidents, consolidating updates and delivering clear, timely communication to clients;
  • Lead shift handovers by preparing daily reports on incidents, resolutions, and system health;
  • Ensure all incidents are properly documented, including timelines, actions taken, and outcomes;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of operational procedures and support workflows;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve incident response and shift coordination.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of IT systems, applications, and operational support environments;
  • Familiarity with SQL and Linux command line tools is a plus for basic investigation and monitoring tasks;
  • Experience in a retail or enterprise operations environment is preferred;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, especially in incident handling and escalation;
  • Client-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm and clear under pressure;
  • Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule (day and night shifts), including weekends or holidays if required;
  • Fast learner with the ability to absorb and apply new information quickly;
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2) for both verbal and written communication.
