Job Description

Nezda is looking for IT Service Desk Analyst.

Qualifications:
Graduate of IT, Computer Science or any related courses.
With at least 1-3 years experience as IT support technician, IT service desk or technical support.

Job Description:
Responsible in providing technical support to the company's team members.
Assist in users technical problems and resolving the problem efficiently.
Responsible in assisting in internal processes such as user creation, remote access assistance and act as the contact person to answer common inquiries, while working in an active directory environment.
Design and implement processes that will improve the support experience.
Ensure accurate documentations and compliance with established IT and with the company's policies and procedures.
