IT Service Desk Analyst - HUKL Consultants OPC (Mid-level, On-site, Clark, Pampanga)

We're hiring an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team supporting client environments end to end. If you like solving real problems for real users, work well on your own, and want room to grow into a serious cloud and MSP stack, this one's for you.

What you'll do:

• Provide technical support to client users over the phone and remotely
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Point of Sale, communication systems, printing, email, OS, and networking
• Own your tickets and prioritize for fast, timely resolution
• Keep clients updated and make sure issues are actually resolved to their satisfaction
• Handle ad-hoc IT issues at our own site as they come up
• Collaborate with the wider IT team, and step up to coordinate when needed

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Some IT support or IT-BPO experience (1+ year is ideal, but we value attitude and trainability just as much)
• Familiarity with Windows, mobile, and networking basics
• Someone who works well with minimal supervision, manages their own time, and thinks past the script
• Strong customer service instincts and comfort dealing with clients directly

Bonus if you have (or want to learn): Azure, MS365 Cloud, MS Intune, Active Directory, GPO, MS

Defender, and exposure to MSP and ITSM tools. You don't need all of these on day one. We provide paid training and a proper ramp-up period, so this is a role you can genuinely grow in.
