Role Overview:

Primary Function: We're looking for an IT Service Delivery Associate Manager (SAP MM) to join our team and make an impact by providing frontline support for business systems and end-user concerns.

This role is responsible for addressing incidents, executing minor enhancements, documenting user requests, and coordinating resolution efforts. You will also support the IT Service Delivery team in evaluating the demands of the business owners, transform the essence into an abstract and algorithmic business model, and as such identify the use cases and transform them into logical and technical views, and then configure the I&T System in accordance with business process requirements. This position works closely with end users, vendors, and the internal IT team to maintain system reliability.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in IT service delivery, application support, or business systems support (preferably with SAP or similar ERP platforms)
• Understanding of business processes in any of the following: Manufacturing, Supply Chain
• Basic experience in SAP (or similar ERP), ticketing systems, and ITIL-based service operations
• Familiarity with system configuration, user access management, and change request documentation
• Understanding of business processes in any of the following: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance (FICO), Project Systems/Funds Management, and Human Capital Management
• Basic experience in SAP (or similar ERP), ticketing systems, and ITIL-based service operations
• Familiarity with system configuration, user access management, and change request documentation
• Willing to be based in Ortigas or Novaliches

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP Ariba is an advantage
