IT Service Delivery Associate Manager

Primary Function: As an IT Service Delivery Associate Manager (for Materials Management or MM SAP module), you will provide frontline support for business systems and end-user concerns. You will be responsible for addressing incidents, executing minor enhancements, documenting user requests, and coordinating resolution efforts.

The role supports the IT Service Delivery team in evaluating the demands of the business owners, transforming the essence into an abstract and algorithmic business model, and as such identifying use cases and transforming them into logical and technical views, then configuring the IT System in accordance with business process requirements.

You will work closely with end users, vendors, and the internal IT team to maintain system reliability.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• With at least 2 years of experience in IT Service Delivery, Application Support, or Business Systems Support (preferably with SAP or similar ERP platforms)
• Experience in S4 HANA
• Understanding of business processes in any of the following: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance (FICO), Project Systems/Funds Management, and Human Capital Management
• Basic experience in SAP (or similar ERP), ticketing systems, and ITIL-based service operations
• Familiarity with System Configuration, User Access Management, and Change Request Documentation
• Willing to be based in Ortigas or Novaliches
