We are seeking a mid-to-senior level
IT Security Engineer to oversee and strengthen our enterprise-level security posture. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying risks, implementing security controls, and ensuring alignment with global compliance frameworks.
We are looking for a dedicated cybersecurity professional with solid, hands-on experience who can confidently manage incidents, assess risks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Please note: This role requires dedicated cybersecurity experience; general IT support backgrounds will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and mitigate security threats across enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessment processes and validate technical security controls.
- Support incident handling, containment, and cyber resiliency initiatives.
- Ensure organizational compliance with major frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
- Collaborate and coordinate security initiatives with various internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Promote cybersecurity best practices and clear security concepts across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Must possess solid, hands-on cybersecurity experience within enterprise-level environments (not entry-level in security, and not general IT support only).
- Core Domains: Proven experience working in at least one or more of the following areas: Security Operations, IT Risk, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, or Cybersecurity Engineering.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to clearly explain and implement risk assessment processes, security controls, incident handling procedures, and compliance frameworks (NIST/ISO 27001).
- Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across different teams and confidently discuss complex security concepts during screening and interviews.
