IT Security and Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the risk and compliance team.
• Manage team tasks and priorities.
• Check and address IT and security risks.
• Make sure PCI and company requirements are followed.
• Keep updated on security and regulatory changes.
• Review processes and suggest ways to improve them.
• Work with IT and business teams on risk and compliance concerns.
• Assist with audits and required reports.
• Help protect company information and assets.
• Provide guidance to management and team members.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of team leadership or management experience.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS and information security.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or NIST is a plus.
• Audit and compliance experience is preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, Security+, or PCI-P are an advantage.
