The Sales Associate/Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, as well as new leads qualifying them for sales opportunities. Responsible in driving our sales efforts by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs and offerings IT solutions that align with their business objectives. The primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationship and achieving revenue targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, addressing their needs, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
2. Sales Support: Assist the Senior Account Manager with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, processing client purchase orders and preparing bidding documents.
3.Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company's products and services, understanding their features, benefits, and unique selling points to effectively communicate them to potential customers.
4. Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any order-related issues.
6. Sales Reporting: Generate sales report, sales forecasts, encode and update all opportunities in the CRM systems.
7. Sales Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, finance, business solutions managers, technical service department, project management department, sales operation and logistics to ensure smooth sales operation and timely delivery of products and services to our customers.
8.Sales Target Achievement: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.
