Job Description

Role: IT Sales Representative

Work set up: Fully remote, Monday to Friday 10pm to 7am MNL

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and acquire new customers interested in Microsoft cloud solutions
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with business customers
  • Conduct sales meetings, online presentations and product demonstrations
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Microsoft solutions
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to prepare tailored solutions and offers
  • Present and communicate the value of Microsoft cloud technologies to key decision-makers
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain high-quality CRM documentation
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Contribute ideas that improve lead generation and customer engagement strategies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, software or cloud solutions
  • Strong ability to generate leads, build pipelines and close deals
  • Strong hunter mindset and willingness to proactively acquire new customers
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating contact with prospects
  • Fluent English (minimum B2 level
  • Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets (KPIs, calls, qualified leads and revenue targets)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work effectively
  • Attention to detail and maintaining accurate sales documentation
