Role: IT Sales Representative
Work set up: Fully remote, Monday to Friday 10pm to 7am MNL
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and acquire new customers interested in Microsoft cloud solutions
- Build and develop long-term relationships with business customers
- Conduct sales meetings, online presentations and product demonstrations
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Microsoft solutions
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to prepare tailored solutions and offers
- Present and communicate the value of Microsoft cloud technologies to key decision-makers
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain high-quality CRM documentation
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Contribute ideas that improve lead generation and customer engagement strategies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, software or cloud solutions
- Strong ability to generate leads, build pipelines and close deals
- Strong hunter mindset and willingness to proactively acquire new customers
- Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating contact with prospects
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level
- Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets (KPIs, calls, qualified leads and revenue targets)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work effectively
- Attention to detail and maintaining accurate sales documentation
