Job Description

Role Objective

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager, based in Manila, Philipines to accelerate revenue growth within the BFSI sector in the Southeast Asia region. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and driving end-to-end sales for data analytics and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong industry understanding, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to manage the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification to deal closure. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and a proactive approach to building relationships with key stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth & Strategic Execution

  • Drive revenue growth by executing targeted business development and sales strategies within the BFSI sector in Southeast Asia regions.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans to expand market presence and increase wallet share.

Market Development & Opportunity Identification

  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue high-value target accounts and key market segments.
  • Leverage industry expertise and professional networks to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, trading heads, risk heads, CIOs, and other key stakeholders.
  • Position the company as a trusted partner in data analytics and digital transformation.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to create tailored solutions.
  • Ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction across engagements.

Market Intelligence & Insights

  • Stay updated on trends in BFSI markets (trading analytics, risk & compliance, regulatory reporting, ESG, digital transformation).
  • Track competitive landscape and identify white-space opportunities.

Optimization & Growth

  • Drive improvements in sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Enhance client engagement strategies and long-term account growth.

Job Requirements:

  • 9–12 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the BFSI or technology/analytics domain.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, ideally in data analytics, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions.
  • Good understanding of BFSI industry trends, challenges, and buying behavior.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience engaging mid-to-senior level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and drive deals independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with technology-driven solutions for BFSI clients.
  • Familiarity with market trends and challenges in the BFSI sector.
