Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven IT Sales Executive to help grow our business by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our IT solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a deep understanding of IT products and services, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for driving revenue growth.

  • Lead Generation & Sales Development Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and email campaigns.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement targeted sales plans to drive revenue and expand market presence.
  • Client Relationship Management Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Presentations & Demos Effectively communicate the value of IT products and services through presentations and live demonstrations.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams Work closely with marketing, technical, and customer support teams to optimize sales efforts and enhance customer experience.
  • Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets Consistently meet or surpass sales quotas while contributing to overall company growth.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and management insights.
  • Experience: Proven track record in IT sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT solutions such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, software, and managed services.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions effectively.
  • Goal-oriented & Self-Motivated: A proactive mindset focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Player & Independent Worker: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
