IT Risk (Morning Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IT risk assessments across IT processes, systems, applications, third-party services and infrastructure.
• Monitor and report on IT risk exposures, including cyber threats, data breaches, and system vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and enforce controls that mitigate IT risks.
• Advise on regulatory compliance (e.g., DPA) and ensure alignment with insurance industry standards.
• Maintain and update the IT risk register and ensure timely escalation of open risks.
• Support internal and external audits related to IT risk and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, legal, and business units to ensure risk-aware decision-making.
• Maintain accurate documentation of risk assessments, audit findings, and control evaluations.
• Identify control gaps and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and awareness programs on IT risk and compliance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, threats, and regulatory changes affecting the insurance sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, or related field.
• 35 years of experience in IT audit, risk management, or compliance.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and processes, cybersecurity principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with risk management tools and GRC platforms.
• Familiarity with insurance operations, third-party management and regulatory landscape.
• Ability to translate technical risks into business impacts.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
