About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and hiring IT professionals across the Philippines and the APAC region. Experience recruiting for both IT and BPO roles is an added advantage.
This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity offering exposure to regional hiring, global clients, and fast-paced recruitment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across the Philippines and APAC.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary offers and manage the offer acceptance process.
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure recruitment KPIs, turnaround time, and quality metrics are consistently achieved.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices across the Philippines and APAC.
- Support bulk hiring and BPO recruitment when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of recruitment experience with a focus on IT hiring.
- Experience recruiting for domestic Philippines roles and APAC positions.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques through LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, Kalibrr, and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience recruiting software developers, cloud engineers, infrastructure professionals, cybersecurity specialists, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, ERP consultants, and other technology roles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skill
- sExperience recruiting for BPO and shared services roles
- .Exposure to regional hiring across Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, or other APAC countries
- .Knowledge of different employment types, including permanent, contract, and staff augmentation
