Location: Makati (Hybrid 3x/week onsite) | Dayshift

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of solid experience hiring for niche IT rolesfrom cloud engineers to product-side developers. If you know how to source smart, evaluate fast, and engage top-tier talent, this is your lane.
What You'll Do:
Own full-cycle recruitment for specialized IT roles (infra, cloud, dev, etc.)
Build and refine Boolean strings across LinkedIn, Foundit, and Google X-ray
Evaluate candidates for both technical depth and business adaptability
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role taxonomy and candidate profiles
What You Bring:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on IT recruitment experience (niche roles preferred)
Strong sourcing logic and platform fluency
Ability to assess candidate fit beyond checklist skills
Proactive, adaptable, and outcome-driven mindset
Bonus Points:
Experience with ATS/CRM tools
Exposure to cloud, product, or infra hiring
Strong outreach messaging and engagement skills
