We are seeking a driven IT Recruiter to join Sysgen RPO team. In this role, you will support and manage international clients (primarily US and AU), and the shift schedule will depend on the client you're aligned with.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITI
- ESManage end-to-end recruitment across assigned client requisition
- s.Source and engage qualified candidates using multiple recruitment channel
- s.Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications, availability, and fi
- t.Maintain accurate real-time tracking of candidate progress and endorsement
- s.Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with client stakeholder
- s.Recruit passive candidates through outreach, networking, and relationship-buildin
- g.Provide market insights and recommend sourcing strategies to meet hiring demand
- s.Communicate regularly with clients regarding requisition status and pipeline update
- s.Prepare and present candidate profiles according to client requirement
- s.Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships for future hiring need

JOB QUALIFICATI
- ONSAt least 2 years of recruitment experience in IT or technical recruiti
- ng.Recent experience in IT or Technical Recruitment within the last 12 mont
