We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruiting for IT positions and a passion for connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various methods including social media, job boards, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Maintain an applicant tracking system and ensure timely communication with candidates.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
