JOB OVERVIEW:
- We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US-based positions.
- This role will focus on identifying top talent for various technical disciplines, utilizing recruitment tools like HireEz and LinkedIn, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Leverage recruitment tools to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure they align with job requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future IT roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and timelines.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to hiring managers and other stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in recruiting IT professionals for US-based roles (minimum of 3 years).
- Strong understanding of the US IT job market and technical roles (e.g., developers, network engineers, system administrators, etc.).
- Proficient with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Full knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
