Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting B2B enterprise software is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, including data aggregation, filtering, conversion, and reporting
- Experience using data-intensive applications and explaining technical workflows clearly
- Strong background in quantitative modeling, including statistical analysis, histograms, and related data interpretation
- Understanding of entity relationships, including parent-child data structures
- Knowledge of user interface data structures, dependencies, interdependencies, and workflow behavior
- Experience with charting and data visualization, including line charts, bar charts, stacked bars, Y vs. X charts, and related formats
- Strong research, data collection, data cleaning, and data organization skills
- Experience in data validation, data verification, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control
- Proficiency and practical experience using AI tools
- Ability to translate technical functionality into clear, user-friendly explanations and documentation
- Strong ability to diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues while identifying root causes
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail in documenting and managing tasks
- Self-motivated, analytical, and comfortable working independently with limited direction
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required
- Advanced degree is a plus
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Conduct daily QA/QC testing by reviewing software requirements and verifying that features function as intended across all modules
- Test and validate UI functionality, including grid and chart operations, data filtering, aggregation, navigation, dropdown interdependencies, and report generation
- Verify statistical calculations and data visualizations, including column and row Min, Avg, and Max values, weighted averages, and time-based aggregations such as Daily by Hour and Monthly by Year
- Perform comprehensive UI migration testing to ensure the new interface matches legacy UI functionality while validating that new features meet specifications
- Identify and document software issues, including crashes, missing error messages, and data inconsistencies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to reproduce, investigate, and diagnose technical problems
- Validate data accuracy, workflow reliability, and feature behavior across data-intensive software modules
Product Support
- Collaborate with the software engineering team on reproducing and diagnosing technical issues
- Maintain a knowledge base of best practices, FAQs, and how-to guides to support user self-service
- Conduct daily QA/QC checks by reviewing requirements and confirming that product features work as expected
- Configure demonstration environments and customize dashboards based on client needs
- Translate technical functions into clear explanations that support users, internal teams, and product stakeholders
Research and Data Support
- Research industry topics, gather relevant data, and integrate findings into the enterprise software platform
- Clean, organize, and validate research data to support accurate product content and analysis
- Support data quality initiatives by identifying inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
User Interface Migration
- Compare new UI functionality against legacy UI behavior to ensure consistency and usability
- Check and verify new features against documented specifications
- Identify UI interdependencies, workflow gaps, and data presentation issues during migration testing
- Document migration findings clearly for engineering and product review
