Excis is looking for a highly organized and proactive IT Project Transition Coordinator to support our global IT service transition projects.

In this role, you will work closely with the Transition Manager to coordinate project activities, monitor milestones, maintain documentation, and ensure the smooth transition of IT services from existing suppliers to Excis.

You will collaborate with internal teams, field engineers, third-party suppliers, and client stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT project transition activities from project kick-off through go-live and operational handover.
• Maintain project plans, transition trackers, milestone schedules, and RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions).
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and outstanding action items.
• Coordinate with global IT teams, field engineers, suppliers, and client stakeholders.
• Schedule project meetings, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, dashboards, and transition documentation.
• Support engineer and technician onboarding, including system access, tools, induction, and training.
• Assist with go-live readiness, ticketing systems, user permissions, and operational documentation.
• Monitor post-go-live hypercare activities, track outstanding issues, and support final project handover.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT project coordination, IT service transition, IT service delivery, PMO support, or related roles.
• Strong project coordination, documentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, end-user computing, networking, and ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with project trackers, RAID logs, status reporting, and milestone monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to support international teams across different time zones, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting IT transition, migration, or implementation projects.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, including incident, change, and knowledge management.
• Experience coordinating global IT teams, external vendors, or third-party service providers.
• Knowledge of IT project management tools and reporting dashboards.
