Job Description

The position is primarily responsible for overseeing and coordinating the changes to IT systems, software, or processes within the bank. The position is also responsible for identifying the requirements on infrastructure and technical design to support new projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative, logistical, and operational support to infrastructure projects.
  • Plans and controls the software's development and delivery process.
  • Manages the program build though their various development phase.
  • Works with project leads and team members to facilitate project planning, resource allocation, and task prioritization.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess risks, prioritize changes, and schedule release cycle.
  • Develops and implements change management processes and procedures to ensure smooth transitions when making modifications to IT systems or processes.
  • Evaluates the impact of change and release to bank operations.
  • Plans and coordinates software releases, updates, and patches to ensure minimal disruption to bank operations.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Computer-related, Engineering or Math-related courses
  • At least 5 years of work related experience in project management support and change management
  • Preferably from a banking or financial services industry.
