We are looking for an IT Project Portfolio Specialist to support the management and monitoring of our Digital Transformation (DT) project portfolio. This role will help ensure projects are properly documented, aligned with business priorities, and managed according to established processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the DT project portfolio.
- Support the onboarding of new projects and programs into the portfolio.
- Monitor project progress, documents, requirements, and overall project portfolio status.
- Assist in reviewing the project portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational strategies and priorities.
- Monitor project changes, transitions, and portfolio exits.
- Develop and implement DT PMO policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Monitor and review project-related ticketing activities.
- Establish and monitor project benchmarks, metrics, and performance indicators.
- Document and improve processes to support efficient project implementation.
- Work closely with project teams and business users to ensure proper coordination and communication.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Project Management, PMO, Project Portfolio Management, or a related role.
- Familiarity with process management, process improvement, problem-solving, and organizational change.
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work effectively with both technical teams and business users.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
