It Project Manager

We are currently hiring for an IT Project Manager for a client in the technology/gaming sector based in Ortigas (relocating to Makati by end of 2025). This is a hybrid role ideal for experienced professionals in Web-based and API-driven development projects.

Location: Ortigas (relocating to Makati by 2025)

Work Setup: Hybrid | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Salary Range: Up to 150,000/month

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Job Summary:

The IT Project Manager will lead, manage, and oversee end-to-end IT projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior management. You'll ensure timely, high-quality project delivery while managing risks, resources, and communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and deployment of IT projects
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
• Manage full-cycle project planning and execution using appropriate tools
• Coordinate with internal development teams and stakeholders
• Ensure quality assurance and risk/change management across all stages
• Directly manage IT teams/staff and ensure strategic alignment
• Report regularly to management on project progress and outcomes
• Evaluate results and implement improvements
• Perform other related duties as needed

Qualifications & Competencies:

• At least 6 years of solid IT Project Management experience
• Strong background in Web-based and API-driven Development projects
• Proven ability in people management, strategic planning, and risk/change management
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and IT terminology
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (technical + stakeholder-facing)
• Highly organized, analytical, and capable of problem-solving under pressure
• Experience in the gaming industry is a strong advantage
