We are seeking a Program/Project Manager who demonstrates true execution leadership. This role goes far beyond coordination and task tracking. It requires someone who owns outcomes, anticipates risks before they materialize, leads calmly under pressure, and protects organizations from failure through disciplined execution.
This is a client-facing role at the center of complex programs and enterprise transformation initiatives. You will not simply run projectsyou will protect value, stabilize execution, and enable meaningful transformation to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Delivery with Full Accountability
- Take ownership of end-to-end program and project delivery
- Ensure execution is structured, credible, and results-driven
- Balance complexity, uncertainty, and business expectations while maintaining delivery integrity
Establish Strong Planning and Execution Control
- Define clear planning foundations, governance cadence, and execution rhythm
- Create transparent visibility into program health for leadership
- Design governance that enables control without unnecessary bureaucracy
Manage Complexity, Change, and Uncertainty
- Operate effectively in environments with evolving direction and shifting priorities
- Stabilize execution and maintain momentum during periods of uncertainty
- Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous or high-pressure situations
Lead Risk Management with Strength and Foresight
- Treat risk management as a core leadership responsibility, not an administrative task
- Proactively identify risks, challenge assumptions, and surface uncomfortable truths
- Design and drive mitigation strategies with clear ownership and follow-through
- Escalate responsibly and guide leadership through informed trade-off decisions
- Serve as a guardian of delivery credibility and business value
Influence Senior Stakeholders
- Engage confidently with senior leaders and executives
- Provide honest, grounded insight into program status and challenges
- Support decision-making, resolve misalignment, and navigate politically sensitive environments with maturity and diplomacy
Ensure Delivery of Real Business Value
- Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business outcomesnot just completed scope
- Work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Value Management, and business stakeholders
- Keep execution aligned with strategy, purpose, and intended benefits
Lead Teams with Care and Discipline
- Lead teams with empathy, composure, and clear accountability
- Maintain team stability and focus during high-pressure or uncertain periods
- Build trust and psychological safety while upholding performance standards
Apply the Right Delivery Approach
- Work effectively across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models
- Tailor delivery approaches based on business readiness, risk profile, and organizational context
- Ensure governance complements delivery rather than obstructing it
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience leading programs or projects in complex enterprise environments
- Proven track record delivering transformation, digital, or large-scale change initiatives
- Strong experience in:
- Risk leadership and mitigation
- Governance discipline and execution control
- Decision management and stakeholder alignment
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
- Experience working in hybrid delivery environments and consulting or multi-client contexts
- Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery approaches, with the ability to apply them appropriately
- Excellent communication skills, structured thinking, and professional maturity
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or MSP are an advantage
- However, real-world delivery maturity, execution discipline, and risk leadership are valued more than certifications alone
