IT Project Manager | Scrum & Software Project

KINDLY READ! - THIS IS PROJECT BASED CONTRACT EMPLOYMENT (Do not apply if you're not open to Contract employment for now)

This is 6 Months Project Based employment : It is still a Full time job that you will be having a full-time schedule but as project employee, it is a contractual type to our client for a minimum of 6 Months .* Your contract will be under our company but you will be deployed to our client. Our company will process your mandatory benefits/ salary. _*After 6 Months, it depends with your project status or to our client if they will renew/extend or end your contract.

READ! : Your salary experience expectation is subject for approval. It depends on your skills and experiences.

Note: Salary will be divided into daily rate; considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid NO Work NO Pay but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO & Mandatory Benefits;

Also, since you will be supporting US, NO Work No Pay Applies on US company Holidays. If the client announced that the specific date is US Company Holiday and they mentioned that your team has no operations (not allowed to work on that day), you will not be paid for that day.

IN Short, No Work No pay applies if you have no work on Special Non-working Holidays , US Company holidays, and if you're absent.

Your salary expectation will still undergo approval of the management. Salary on this post is not the actual budget for the role. It depends on your experiences and skills. They may also negotiate you.

POSITION: Project Manager

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in IT or related course
• Amenable to work on a FULLY ONSITEin Taguig (Around BGC)
• for now, temporary Hybrid w/ 2- 3 days onsite/week but this TEMPORARY ONLY
• Open to work on any shift assigned & shifting schedule:
• At least - 3–5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an Agile software development environment.
• Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and experience transitioning teams from traditional to Agile workflows.
• Technical Literacy: Strong conceptual understanding of modern front-end technologies (React, TypeScript, APIs) and CI/CD pipelines to effectively communicate with engineering teams
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and conflict-resolution abilities, with a focus on servant-leadership and team empowerment.
• Advantage: Certifications (Preferred): Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Good communication skills
