IT Project Manager

Job Summary

The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of a new automotive importer-dealer management system while maintaining the stability and support of SAP Business One. The role manages project planning, execution, vendor coordination, system integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support to ensure successful project delivery aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of ERP or Dealer Management System (DMS) implementation experience, including 3 years in project management.
• Experience with SAP Business One implementation, support, or migration.
• Knowledge of automotive importer/dealer operations, including inventory, parts, service, and warranty.
• Familiarity with Philippine tax regulations and IFRS is an advantage.
• Experience in system integration, APIs, and data migration.
• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder, and vendor management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Willing to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the importer-dealer management system.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure the stability and support of SAP Business One during project implementation.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Oversee business process design, system configuration, integrations, and data migration.
• Lead system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure compliance with business, regulatory, tax, and accounting requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
• Drive continuous system and process improvements after implementation.
