The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading high-impact, complex projects that are critical to the organization's success. This role involves strategic project planning, cross-functional coordination, and risk mitigation to ensure the successful execution of initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence. The IT Project Manager will serve as a key advisor to leadership, contributing to project governance, stakeholder management, and process improvements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Leadership
- Drive high-visibility projects from initiation to completion, aligning initiatives with company goals and strategic priorities.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights on project performance, risks, and recommendations.
- Act as a thought leader in project management, driving innovation and best practices across the organization.
Advanced Project Planning and Execution
- Develop and oversee comprehensive project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize project dependencies, ensuring smooth execution and risk mitigation.
- Implement structured methodologies and frameworks for scalable project execution.
Governance and Compliance
- Establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in project governance, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company policies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Resource and Financial Management
- Oversee project budgets, cost estimations, and financial forecasting.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with department leaders to address resource constraints and capacity planning.
Risk and Change Management
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks that may impact project timelines, quality, or costs.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Establish crisis response plans for critical project disruptions.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership, external partners, and project teams.
- Facilitate high-level discussions and decision-making processes, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
- Provide structured and timely communication to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement.
Team Leadership and Development
- Mentor and guide project managers and team members, fostering professional growth and development.
- Promote a high-performance culture within the project management team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, training, and continuous learning initiatives within the organization.
Quality and Performance Assurance
- Ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed business expectations and industry standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years proven experience as a Project Manager handling software development projects
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive decision-making at executive levels.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be amenable to report full time to the office in Taguig and Makati.
