Your Role
As an IT Project Manager, you will:
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met.
Define project plans, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, infrastructure, QA, and business stakeholders.
Track project progress, manage dependencies, and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation, governance, and adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in IT project management or similar roles
Strong experience managing software development, infrastructure, or enterprise IT projects
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred Skills/expertise
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications)
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello)
Familiarity with cloud, software development, or infrastructure projects
Understanding of SDLC and IT governance frameworks
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in enterprise environments
