About the Role: We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Project Manager who is fluent in Japanese to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects from planning to implementation and post-deployment support
- Coordinate with Japanese clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards
- Conduct project meetings, status reporting, and risk management activities
- Facilitate communication between local and international teams
- Ensure compliance with company standards, project governance, and documentation requirements
- Support process improvements and project optimization initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management
- Japanese Language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1 or N2.
- Experience handling Japanese clients or working in a Japanese corporate environment is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are an advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in software development, infrastructure, ERP, or digital transformation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with multinational teams
