Job Description

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Shift: US Shift

Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent | Direct Hire

We're looking for a IT Project Manager who can bring structure, collaboration, and focus to our global delivery team. In this role, you'll help ensure that technical projects for our US clients are delivered efficiently, on time, and with the highest quality. You'll work closely with team members across different regions, helping them stay aligned, remove blockers, and keep things moving forward.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and maintain sprint boards, making sure priorities are clear and the team always has actionable work lined up.
  • Track progress and follow up on tasks to help the team meet commitments.
  • Review metrics and identify opportunities to improve how we plan, deliver, and communicate.
  • Coordinate with technical consultants and delivery leads to manage releases and project timelines.
  • Prepare reports, maintain accurate data, and support governance standards.
  • Play an active role in improving our internal delivery processes and sharing best practices with peers.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in IT or technology-related fields.
  • Experience working with Agile or sprint-based delivery methods.
  • Strong organizational and time management skillsyou're comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative mindset and a problem-solving approach.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in HR technology (HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, or Shared Services).
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience managing virtual or geographically distributed teams.
