The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager with a strong background in both project and product delivery. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end technology projects while demonstrating core expertise in project management, product management, Agile methodologies, sprint management, account management, and product scoping. The candidate will also coordinate with the Company's clients, identify their needs, and find the best methods necessary to solve their concerns.
Your Responsibilities- Product Management & Product Consulting
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
- Define product roadmaps, release strategies, and success metrics.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, requirement workshops, and solution alignment
- Account & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates, risks, changes, and achievements clearly and proactively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Project Management
- Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, and risk controls.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule.
- Agile & Sprint Management
- Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and technical leads to maintain clear and prioritized backlogs.
- Promote Agile best practices to enhance team productivity and transparency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ideally 3-5 years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
- Expertise in project management, product management, Agile methodologies, sprint management, account management, and product scoping.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, Notion, or similar.
- Coding or technical background (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, Java, SQL) is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI-ACP, or ITIL is a plus as well
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, or UX/UI principles is a bonus
