Job Overview
Attend meetings and appropriate management forums, providing a central point of information for all related technology activities
Participates in process improvement activities
Assume full responsibility for the end-to-end phases of the project: Initiation, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Stabilization
Develop and maintain project schedule which includes the estimated cost as well as the forecasted schedule
Project level risks and issue management
Manages scope changes to avoid scope creep
Prepare management reports to be presented to senior management
Manage budget, expenses, and manpower costs from estimating to project closure
Communicate project objectives to the team and establish clear responsibilities for each member
Ensure compliance to project management standards and methodologies
Measure project performance and conduct root cause analysis to address common/recurring/high impact issues, metrics not met, and defects identified
Ensure proper transitioned to the applicable support group before project closure
Facilitate sourcing of solutions and service providers
Manage the relationship with the solution and services providers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Others), Science & Technology or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Hybrid set up. onsite/WFH.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- 5 Contract position(s) available.
- 6 months to 1 year subj for extension / absorption
- HYBRID - mostly WFH
