Our client is a global IT services and consulting organization delivering large‑scale digital transformation projects for enterprise clients, particularly within regulated industries such as Financial Services and Insurance.
Job Description
- Lead end‑to‑end IT project delivery across Financial Services or Insurance programs
- Validate project baselines, including approved schedules, milestones, and original delivery commitments
- Manage change control by reviewing scope changes, impact assessments (time, cost, resources), and formal approvals
- Maintain schedule control through critical path analysis, regular status reporting, and early identification of risks and issues
- Drive governance and escalation processes, including SteerCo participation, timely escalations, and dependency management
- Oversee resources and vendors by comparing planned vs actual staffing, monitoring vendor performance, and managing capacity constraints
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- Proven background delivering projects within Financial Services and/or Insurance (any domain within FS is acceptable)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience managing projects across the entire project lifecycle
- End‑to‑end project controls covering baseline validation, change & schedule management, and proactive risk/issue tracking
- Strong governance experience including SteerCo engagement, escalation management, and resource/vendor oversight
- Strong experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar)
- Comfortable working with enterprise IT delivery and stakeholder environments
