IT Project Manager (Filipino Speaker) required by Whitehall Resources for a 6 Month extendable project assignment for our client based in Manila, Philippines.

Project Manager
Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our team based in Manila, Philippines. This role focuses on supporting and running the day-to-day activities within our partners guiding them in adopting and improving product utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Support the implementation and refinement of operational models and methodologies to ensure process adherence and consistency.
- Monitor product performance metrics (e.g., quantity of buyers, GMV, bugs) and facilitate discussions to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Key Account Manager and Pillar Owners to align on team goals, roadmaps, and execution.
- Foster a culture of transparency and collaboration by facilitating training sessions, workshops, meetings.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and project charters.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager for tech products.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Monday and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams.
- Fluent in English and Filipino.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Availability to work 5 days per week onsite in the distributors and partners
- While coding knowledge is not required, the ideal candidate must have the ability to engage with technical teams, understand technical concepts, and translate complex requirements into actionable plans for diverse stakeholders.
- Must have your own car, passion and energy, Good university background, Tech background, Good communication skills
- Experience in E-Commerce, B2B, Retail, and Distribution industries (nice to have)
