The company delivers end-to-end solutions including fiber rollout, network design, hardware deployment, and ongoing IT support for enterprise clients, working closely with telco partners and field teams to ensure reliable and scalable project execution.
Role Overview
The IT Project Manager leads the delivery of infrastructure projects, primarily covering network deployments, fiber installations, and hardware rollouts. This role takes full ownership from post-sales handover through execution and client sign-off.
The position requires someone experienced in telco or network deployment environments, capable of managing field operations, coordinating permits, and driving timelines in fast-moving, multi-site projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of network and infrastructure projects (fiber, structured cabling, hardware deployment)
- Convert approved technical designs into execution plans, timelines, and resource schedules
- Lead coordination across Pre-Sales, Compliance, and Field Operations teams
- Manage site rollouts, installation schedules, and vendor coordination (including telcos)
- Ensure readiness of permits, materials, and manpower prior to execution
- Track daily project progress and enforce timeline adherence
- Act as primary client contact during project delivery
- Identify and resolve delays related to permits, access, or technical dependencies
- Enforce centralized project control and eliminate untracked activities
- Provide clear status reporting and escalation management

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network deployment, or telco project management
- Strong experience in fiber rollout, network installations, or hardware deployment projects
- Experience managing field teams and multi-site implementations
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, MS Project, MS Visio, Autocad)
- Assertive and execution-driven communication
Preferably But Not Required
- Background in telco providers, ISPs, or network integrators
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
- Experience in MSP or client-facing delivery environments
- Has electrical engineering background or similar experience in implementing network systems or IT projects
