Position Summary
The IT Project Engineer – Supply Chain & Business Process will support IT projects, business process improvement, digital transformation, and system implementation initiatives related to supply chain and business operations.
This role will work closely with business users, internal teams, external clients, vendors, and technical teams to coordinate project activities, gather requirements, analyze processes, track deliverables, and support successful system implementation.
The ideal candidate has practical experience in project coordination, business process improvement, consulting, and multiple areas of the supply chain cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of IT and business process improvement projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with business users, internal teams, external clients, vendors, and technical teams.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, requirements, action items, and issues.
- Support system implementation, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment.
- Analyze business processes across supply chain and operational functions.
- Support projects involving procurement, sourcing, supply chain planning, inventory, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, process flows, and meeting minutes.
- Support ERP, MES, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, and Manufacturing system projects.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve project coordination and business processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, consulting, supply chain, business process improvement, IT systems, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a consulting firm is required.
- Experience in project management or project coordination, including project planning, monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and implementation.
- Practical experience in at least three (3) supply chain or operational areas, such as:
- Purchasing / Procurement
- Sourcing
- Supply Chain Planning
- Inventory Management
- Warehouse Management
- Logistics / Distribution
- Manufacturing Operations
- Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders, external clients, vendors, suppliers, or business users.
- Experience in business process improvement, system implementation, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and utilize AI-assisted development and productivity tools.
- Willing to work full-time and fully onsite in Muntinlupa City.
