Job Description

Prepares business concept
Conducts research and development
Conducts research on latest technologies
Establishes network of vendors and suppliers
Establishes initial contact with prospective private/government entities for potential projects and presents concept
Acts as Project Manager in the development of the project and in-charge of monitoring the implementation schedule
Improves on existing systems
Handles the turnover of the projects
Prepares necessary marketing materials and campaigns
Coordinates with internal counterparts for:

Drafting of legal documents;
Drafting of project costing/financials;
Assessing how the new project relates with other existing systems their validations;
Evaluating technical requirements as part of project scoping; and,
Determining impact on operations and other activities

Provides timely project status updates
Generates and prepares reports
Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his superiors from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
College graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or any relevant field.
Must have at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
Work experience in a similar work environment is an advantage.
Experience and knowledge in business and research development, project management, and project costing/financials is preferred.
