Executive – Data Processing/Scripting (Manila, Philippines)

Role Overview

The role incumbent, as an individual contributor in a Project Team assigned to a specific geography, is focused on delivery – in the area of Coding. He/she/ they execute, support and document all assigned projects.

Job Goals

• Responsible to, independently, read, analyze, and code responses in a logical manner
• Ensure required levels of accuracy and as per agreed timelines across different levels of complexity viz. simple and combinational to more complex projects
• Conduct self-checks on completed work (coded verbatim), prior to submission to Project Leads.
• Update line manager / Project Manager, at agreed frequency, especially with risk to scope, time or cost.
• Deliver to defined performance metrics and competencies
• Comply with defined processes, checklists, and guidelines as per ISO manual
• Adhere to defined work practices viz. Time Sheets, work status, responsiveness to queries, escalation to line manager / PM
• Interact with Key Stakeholders across departments within the cluster / country team
• Successful completion & certification on internal skill level trainings; SUP Intermediate Topics within specified timelines
• Any other task as provided by the Manager or the organization at any time

Role Requirements & Capabilities

• Educated to degree level, ideally majoring in Technology courses like Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge in Programming or related practice. Open for Fresh Graduates.
• Minimum Proficiency in the fundamental tools of Ascribe
• Minimum Proficiency with coding concepts, such as Unaided Awareness, Ascribe-Standard (coding verbatim responses like basic open ends), and code frame writing for Other Specify and unaided awareness
• Understanding of MR Industry and the different phases would be an added advantage
• Should be able to handle Level 2 jobs independently post completion of training period
