IT PMO Senior Business Analyst (Project-based)

Responsibilities:

• The Digital Transformation Analyst will be responsible in gathering information from respective process owners and documenting all pain points, creating gap analysis document that will help the team in the evaluation process for the applicable transformation project that fits the requirements and the goal of the process owner as well as the firm. The PMO contractual will manage documentation, reporting, monitoring, adoption, and post-deployment support, ensuring improved delivery, governance, and operational continuity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related programs
• At least 2 years relevant experience in related field
• Ability to facilitate, research, model and define requirements
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications
• With good communication and problem solving skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications
• Must be comfortable working in a project-based role for 1 year
