Partner Management Lead
The Partner Management Lead will be responsible for collecting, monitoring and reporting a wide range of Tech&Ops contracts to ensure they align with business objectives and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Contracts Management:
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and prepare regular presentation materials related to contracts status and partner performance.
- Monitor compliance and progress of the contract lifecycle management process, including collection, monitoring and reporting a variety of agreements (e.g., vendor contracts like MSAs, SOWs).
- Contract monitoring on new engagements, renewals and offboarding.
- Draft and review 3rd party contract templates and appropriateness of entries to ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Procurement, Legal and Technology and Operations Proponents to ensure contract adherence.
- Provide day to day guidance on both transactional and non-transactional issues.
- Provide process guidance and feedback on improvement areas.
Partner Performance Management:
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and prepare regular presentation materials related to contracts status and partner performance
- Regularly assess and report on service providers performance against agreed SLAs.
- Validate contractual incentives or penalties based on their performance.
- Analyze service providers performance to inform future sourcing strategies and financial planning.
- Liaise with partner communications and cadence
- Support existing 3rd party partner relationships triaging requests and business needs
- Assist in managing internal metrics and ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
Key of Qualifications:
At least 2–3 years of experience in contract management, vendor management, or partner management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and contract management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
