Job Overview
The successful candidate will lead the company's IT operations by managing infrastructure, cloud platforms, business applications, cybersecurity, and end-user support to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing technology services. Drive digital transformation through AI, automation, IT projects, and continuous improvements while overseeing vendors, IT assets, compliance, and mentoring the IT team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the company's IT operations across infrastructure, cloud platforms, and business
- applications
- Ensure high system availability, security, and performance for all technology services
- Oversee IT support, systems administration, user access, and device lifecycle
- management
- Implement cybersecurity best practices, backups, disaster recovery, and risk mitigation
- Drive AI, automation, and technology improvement initiatives across the organization
- Manage IT assets, software licensing, vendor relationships, and technology investments
- Support creative productions, livestreams, hybrid events, and business-critical
- operations
- Lead IT projects, technology implementations, and continuous process improvements
- Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, documentation, and compliance

Required Qualification / Experience
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any relevant courses
- A minimum of 3 year experience in IT Operations and at least 2 years in a Lead position.
- Strong knowledge of: Networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, VLANs), Windows & macOS, Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, Backup systems, Familiarity with creative software environments is a plus, Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
