Position Summary:
The position is responsible for the day to day fulfillment of the Information Technology (IT) and *Operational Technology (OT) support, technical services to BU related applications, software and hardware. Performs service desk functions to ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services including deployment of IT solutions, ensuring compliance to AP/AEV standards, applying the right use of IT tools, continuing education of users, ensuring proper monitoring and control of the IT assets (hardware and application/software licenses).
