18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)Ability to build relationshipsExcellent time management skillExperience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project productsWilling to travel and provide support around either Manila or Makati city
Your tasks
Provide day to day local/remote desktop support Handle inbound calls and answer questions Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
