IT Officer

Company Description

SecondGen is a start-up wholesale and distribution company focusing on household electronic products.

Qualifications:

*Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or related field with more than 3 years experience in IT support, ERP, or system administration

*Experience in ERP systems (preferably Odoo)

*Familiar with eCommerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, website management)

*Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with basic technical support knowledge

*Proficient in MS Office, digital tools, and with good communication skills

Responsibilities:

*Manage and optimize Odoo ERP system including customization, troubleshooting, and user support

*Oversee eCommerce platforms including product listings, pricing, and inventory synchronization

*Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns

*Ensure data security, backups, and system integration (Odoo and third-party tools)

*Monitor performance, prepare reports, and coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams
